A coin sheet you own. Set what you pay and what you list at across every coin, or override a single one.

Only admins change the rates. Buyers can move a line before it is paid out, and the piece is priced for resale on the same markup.

The paperwork files itself
Take the seller's ID once and the buy carries its own record: who sold it, what you paid, and when the piece can be listed.
LeadsOnline
Connect your store's own account and completed buys file on their own, piece photos included.
Licence scan
Scan the back of a driver's licence with a Bluetooth scanner and the name, address, and ID details fill in. Expired ID is flagged before you buy.
Do Not Buy
Taking an ID runs a Do Not Buy check through your LeadsOnline account, before the buy is finished. A match flags that customer as high risk, on the buy and on their customer record.
Resale hold
You can sell the piece at the counter the moment you buy it, and it goes up on the website when its hold is up. Each store sets its own hold, and you can release a piece early.
Nothing to run
Your shop is not an IT department
Software installed at the shop comes with a server to buy, machines to patch, backups to check, and a renewal to keep it working. Intake runs in a browser, and that is the whole setup.
No server in the back room
No SQL Server, no local network, and no box with 16GB of RAM before a second counter can work. A second counter is another device opening the same page.
No IT job
Windows updates, antivirus, and nightly backups are not yours to run. Intake is hosted, so there is nothing at the shop to patch or restore.
No licence per computer
Intake plans count staff and locations, not machines. Staff unlock it on any Mac, PC, iPad, or phone with their own PIN.

Intake is an app for Shopify, the software that runs the register, the website, and the checkout for millions of stores. Starting a Shopify store takes an afternoon, and Intake installs into it in a click.

Set your rates
Add Intake to your Shopify store, then set what you pay, your payment methods, and who on staff is an admin.

Run the buy
Add the piece, take the ID, split the payout, and complete with a staff PIN. It runs in a browser, so the counter can be a Mac, a PC, an iPad, or a phone.

It lands in your inventory
The piece becomes a product with a SKU, its cost, and its photos. Sell it at the counter that day, or online when its hold is up.
